As of Q4 2025, Certus is the court-appointed Receiver of a large multifamily housing development in Minneapolis.
The community features 440 units of multifamily housing (a portion of which are income qualified) within 76 structures throughout 31 acres in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The project features a capital stack totaling approximately $62MM including several sources.

Certus named financial advisor to indenture trustee of a senior living community, including an active adult community and skilled nursing facility in Missouri.
Certus Financial, LLC, at the request of the Indenture Trustee, has been engaged since Q4 2024 as advisor on a 200-unit active adult and skilled nursing senior care campus located in Eureka, Missouri with approximately $37MM of tax-exempt bonds.
