As of Q4 2025, Certus is the court-appointed Receiver of a large multifamily housing development in Minneapolis.

The community features 440 units of multifamily housing (a portion of which are income qualified) within 76 structures throughout 31 acres in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The project features a capital stack totaling approximately $62MM including several sources.

Certus has assumed the role of General Partner for the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District, a 248-key luxury hotel that opened in June 2023 in the heart of Downtown Dallas’ Arts District.
The hotel (approximately 301 feet tall) rises atop an existing multi-level parking garage at 800 North Harwood Street, offering sweeping views of the city skyline and cultural landmarks. The hotel features elegant guest rooms and suites, a dramatic 11th-floor sky lobby with a floating grand staircase, a rooftop pool and bar, multiple restaurants (including the signature JW Steakhouse), over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and ballroom space, a JW Signature Spa, and fitness center. Positioned directly across from the Dallas Museum of Art and near the Winspear Opera House, Meyerson Symphony Center, and Klyde Warren Park, it serves as a sophisticated gateway to Dallas’ premier arts and cultural scene.
