Certus is pleased to announce the close of a successful receiver sale to a rapidly growing Minnesota based senior care provider, Monarch Healthcare Management. Monarch will take over management of St. Mary’s Care Center as of April 1, 2020. The sale concluded amidst the rising COVID-19 pandemic.
