The Heritage of Green Hills is a senior care campus located on nearly 80 acres of rolling hills near Reading, PA. The community offers independent living in its many apartments and villas as well as assisted living and secure memory care in its personal care neighborhood. The beautiful and scenic community opened its doors in 2006 and is known for the active and fun lifestyle it provides to seniors.
Lapis Advisers acquired The Heritage and hired Certus to be their owner’s representative. In this role, Certus has been working on making several improvements to the campus, including overseeing improvements to the interior and exterior buildings, updating technology, and working with staff on site to grow census, among many other initiatives. Notably, Lapis and Certus are undergoing plans to build a new state-of-the-art Personal Care development at the Heritage.

We are fully committed to the community, continuing to deploy our owner’s representative, Will Haase of Certus, to accommodate making more enhancements to benefit current and future residents.
Certus represents Lapis in day-to-day communication with the Heritage, including frequent on-site meetings, and overseeing capital improvements.
