After a successful turnaround and sale of the St. Mary’s senior care campus, Certus is pleased to announce that upon conclusion of a post-closing operational wind-up period, the McLeod County District Court approves motion to discharge receiver and close the case.

As successor receiver, Certus worked to make several improvements to the campus and negotiated the sale with a qualified buyer. The campus will be managed by Monarch Health Care.
